Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Maleindependent Plumbing wants maleindependent.living to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that goal. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What We Are Aiming For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support that goal, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page layout
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Allow the whole site to be used with a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Give form fields clear labels
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from outside sources, such as embedded tools or services, may not be fully in our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something on this site is hard for you to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@maleindependent.living and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible the site is. Please email contact@maleindependent.living and include:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected instead
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We read each message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Keeps Going
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making improvements.
